Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
All orders are to be placed through the website or in person at our shop. Our set menu of cookies will be available to order anytime unless stated otherwise. Promotional boxes/dough will be available when advertised.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer a nationwide postal service in which we use Royal Mail First Class Untracked to post orders across the nation.
What If I am local, will I still need to pay for postal?
Unfortunately we aren't currently running a local delivery service so if you are unable to get to the shop address (51 Adwick Road, Mexborough, S64 0AG) but you still want to order for delivery then this would need to be put through as a postal.
Can I collect?
Yes you can. If you wish to collect please ensure you select store pick up along with the date and time you wish to collect. We usually ask for 36 hours notice on collection orders.
When will my postal order be dispatched?
Postal orders are dispatched on Thursday each week. You need to order before 12pm Tuesday to ensure same week dispatch.
What are the expiry dates on your products?
Each product varies. You can find more product specific information around this included on the allergen label attached to your order but to give a rough guide we generally advise consuming cookies within 5-7 days of receipt.
Do you have any vegan friendly products?
Yes. You will see our vegan products marked with (VG*) on the online shop.
What qualifications do you have?
We have all completed our Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene training as well as Food Allergen Awareness. We are registered with the local authority and have received a 5* hygiene rating
Do you cater for people with allergies?
We are fully trained in handling allergens and take all the necessary precautions when doing so. We handle all allergens in our bakery kitchen and for this reasons we can not guarantee that no cross contamination has occurred throughout the preparation and baking process.
