Shipping policy

All postal orders are shipped on Thursday's

We currently only ship nationally within GB.

After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery time and price will depend on your delivery selection at checkout.

Please note that ship through Royal Mail and we are not responsible for any packaging or products that are damaged during shipping.

Local deliveries will be processed automatically through the website if your address is withing a 6 mile radius. 

Local delivery will cost £2 on orders under £12 and will be free on orders over £12.

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
